We are seeking qualified and energetic individuals for the following positions:

  • School Club Coordinator (Part-time)
  • Purpose: Assist Program Manager in coordinating visits and activities for 36 Friendship Clubs throughout the South Bay. Create a safe and accepting environment within each school club. Maintain and improve relationships with club liaisons and school administrators in order to maintain Friendship Clubs.
  • Hours: 11am -2pm Monday-Friday September through June
  • Primary Duties:
  • -Attend school clubs everyday
  • -Bring positive and energetic personality to each school club meeting.
  • -Help create a comfortable and engaging environment for all students in Friendship Club.
  • -Strengthen the relationship between teacher liaisons and Friendship Foundation.
  • -Create innovative and unique ideas to improve Friendship Clubs.
  • -Monitor each school club’s attendance of students with special needs and student volunteers.
  • -Assist Program Manager with any needed tasks.
  • Requirements:
    -Enjoys working with students in a school setting
    -Has experience working with students with special needs
    -Great communication skills.
    -Friendly and outgoing
    -Excellent time management skills
    -Must have California Driver’s License and own car
  • Skills Preferred:
    -Bilingual (Spanish)
    -Bachelor’s Degree
