Summer Programs

We are so thankful for all of the participants and volunteers that spent the summer with us. Thank you for all the incredible memories and friendships. Stay tuned for photos of the summer!

  1. Allergies – if a participant or volunteer has an allergy, please email our office or alert a staff member at Check-In.

  2. Photo/Video Release – We take pictures throughout the summer for our social media & website. Please notify a staff member of your photo release preferences to be posted on social media and/or used for publicity purposes (i.e. website, brochures, etc.).

  3. Cancellations – Please notify the Friendship Foundation office ASAP if you need to cancel for any Summer Program so we may give your spot to someone on the waitlist.

    1. If a participant or volunteer is not feeling well, the Friendship Foundation will ask for them to please stay home and rest.

  4. All Campers Ages 8-17 – Parents are required to stay until their child has been checked in.

    1. All programs are drop-off events. We encourage our kids to create organic friendships and to do so independently. Therefore, parents are not permitted to attend any summer programs.

  5. Refunds for Participants –

      1. Friendship Camp: Full refunds will be issued if we are notified 14 days prior to the first day of camp. If we are notified 7 days prior to the start of camp, we will issue a 50% refund.

      2. Beach Camp/Ocean Therapy: Full refunds will be issued if we are notified 7 days in advance of the program date.
