
Allergies – if a participant or volunteer has an allergy, please email our office or alert a staff member at Check-In.
Photo/Video Release – We take pictures throughout the summer for our social media & website. Please notify a staff member of your photo release preferences to be posted on social media and/or used for publicity purposes (i.e. website, brochures, etc.).
Cancellations – Please notify the Friendship Foundation office ASAP if you need to cancel for any Summer Program so we may give your spot to someone on the waitlist.
If a participant or volunteer is not feeling well, the Friendship Foundation will ask for them to please stay home and rest.
All Campers Ages 8-17 – Parents are required to stay until their child has been checked in.
All programs are drop-off events. We encourage our kids to create organic friendships and to do so independently. Therefore, parents are not permitted to attend any summer programs.
Refunds for Participants –
Friendship Camp: Full refunds will be issued if we are notified 14 days prior to the first day of camp. If we are notified 7 days prior to the start of camp, we will issue a 50% refund.
Beach Camp/Ocean Therapy: Full refunds will be issued if we are notified 7 days in advance of the program date.
